Preparations...

So, I have purchased Incense, cream, and wine. I also found a couple of urns at a local shop that are very pretty, and i think the aesthetic is important, and which can hold dirt for my libations and water for cleansing of miasma.
At this point, the Altar of the Virgins will be the focal point of this celebration for me, and I am thinking of inviting a couple of guys, both pagans, to participate in some prayer and ritual with me. Both have shown interest in my practice in the past. So the morning of the 17th I will dismantle this altar, clean it, and rebuild it then begin the day with devotion to Hestia. I mention this here because I will likely forget to mention it as I go, since this is not something unusual for me to do several times a year.
Along with the two little urns, I also have a cast iron urn that I burn incense in, and that too is in neo-classical style.
I don't necessarily believe in ritual clothing, and I do often worship nude (never outside, mind you) so I may simply go this route. (My two friends won't be shocked)
Take care for now...
